These terms apply whenever you pay Landtech Maintenance and Real Estate online, including through a payment link we send you. Please read them before paying. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
1.About us
LANDTECH MAINTENANCE AND REAL ESTATE is a real estate company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence no. CN-3845050 In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Landtech Real Estate, and “you” means the person making the payment.
2.What these terms cover
These terms cover online payments for rent, security deposits, reservation fees, short-stay bookings, service charges and brokerage or service fees.
They apply alongside any tenancy contract, booking confirmation or agreement you have signed with us. If the two conflict, the signed agreement applies.
3.How you can pay
- We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
- All amounts are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Card payments are processed by Network International on its secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
4.Payment links
- Each link is for the amount, purpose and reference shown in it.
- A link can be used until the expiry date shown. Expired links cannot be paid. Contact us for a new one.
- We only send payment links from our official email, phone and WhatsApp channels. If you receive a link you don’t recognise, contact us before paying.
- Your payment is complete only when you receive our payment confirmation by email.
5.Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds are made only to the card used for the original payment. We do not give cash refunds.
- We process approved refunds within 14 working days. Your bank may take up to 30 days more to show the refund on your statement.
- If you pay twice or pay more than the amount due, we refund the extra amount once we have confirmed it.
- Reservation fees are non-refundable once we confirm your reservation and take the unit off the market, unless we cancel or cannot provide the unit.
- Security deposits are refunded at the end of your tenancy in line with your tenancy contract, less any deductions that contract allows, such as for damage or unpaid rent.
- Short-stay bookings follow the cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation.
- Brokerage and service fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, for example once the contract is signed.
To request a refund, email us with your payment reference using the details in section 12.
6.Payment problems and disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first so we can fix it quickly. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
7.Your responsibilities
- You must be the cardholder, or have the cardholder’s permission to use the card.
- You must be 18 or older to make a payment.
- Keep a copy of your payment confirmation and these terms for your records.
- If you make more than one payment, each may appear separately on your card statement.
8.Sanctioned countries
In line with UAE law, we do not trade with or provide services to any country, person or entity under OFAC or other applicable sanctions.
9.Your personal information
We collect only the details needed to process your payment and manage your agreement with us, such as your name, contact details and payment reference. Your card details are handled by Network International and are not shared with us. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only where needed to process your payment or when the law requires it.
10.Governing law
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your payment is the one that applies.
